Dr. Uptigrove found his calling into medicine because he genuinely wanted to help people. With over a decade of medical experience as a board certified Emergency Medicine physician, he thrives in critical care environment.”I love getting to help people, and I appreciate the opportunity to care for those in need.” Josh looks to the future withOptiLife Medical to help patients and clients function at their highest level. “When someone can function at a high physical level, it carries over into his or her mental and emotional health. This practice will help the population proactively take back their health and life.” When not in the hospital or clinic, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, working out, cooking, and traveling.

Clayton Roelle, MSN, NP-C

Clay is a Georgia native with a master’s degree in nursing. He currently practices as a nurse practitioner is regenerative medicine with five years of combined experience in hormone optimization therapy, peptide therapeutics, aesthetics, orthopedics, emergency medicine, and urgent care . Clay began his medical career in 2017 within the Northside healthcare system in the Emergency Department. Through this time, clay has been a part of three start up medical practices throughout Georgia. During his 7 years of education, Clay was most notably recognized by the Marietta daily journal for his orthopedic fellowship at Spine Center Atlanta. Clay is currently recognized as one of the youngest providers to practice in Bio-therapeutics and regenerative therapies on the East Coast. He is one of the few global providers that holds a membership with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at a young age, he has lived the reality of managing a chronic condition—fueling his commitment to empowering others through proactive, personalized care. His background as a collegiate wrestler instilled a relentless drive, discipline, and appreciation for peak physical performance, which he now brings to every patient encounter.
